In general payed templates is better designed and better functionally then free templates. I will sort them out by category, as html, flash, Joomla etc, etc.
• Joomla I made this separated section.
• Website Design Section - Here you will find many how to about web design. I am manly focused on design and search optimization tips. There is also information about Google Adsense and more.
• Design Software Section - There is lot of image editing, web creating and code manipulating manipulating software, to chose the right one is not easy!
• The News Section - All interesting news about Web design and more.
• FAQ - Here you will find FAQ and Forum. Be aware that this is not payed service therefore you can't expect hight end support.
