Villkor för användning

Som beställare hävdar du att du är minst 18 år och godtar villkoren enligt detta dokument.

• Beställning av domännamn är bindande och måste betalas.
•  Beställning av webbhotell är inte bindande, du kan prova på i 30 dagar och bestämma dig för att inte betala fakturan. Detta måste meddelas per telefon, e-post eller via hemsidan.
•  Har man haft webbhotell mer är 30 dagar måste man betala för den tid man haft webbhotell.
•  Om man betalt för ett år och vill avsluta sitt webbhotell innan årets slut får man pengar tillbaka för resterande månader.
•  Månadsfakturering sker alltid i efterskott.
•  Varje webbhotell har sin egen CGI mapp. Du kan fritt installera valfria script.
•  WinStart har rätt att ta bort script som hindrar servern från att arbeta normalt .
•  WinStart har rätt att neka tjänster till kunder som dom anser vara olämpliga.

•  För sökmotoroptimering gäller garanti att er sida/site kommer till beställd position inom 12 månader
• Är er sida/site inte det får ni era pengar tillbaka
• Som bevis för sökmotoroptimeringens resultat gäller skärmdump (om tvist).
• Avbryter ni betalningen innan 12 månader gäller inte garantin.
• Efter 12 månader betalar man månadsvis så länge man vill ha kvar tjänsten, inga pengar tillbaka garanti finns då.

• Detta dokument kan ändras med tiden, det är upp till kunden att kontrollera.

Terms of use

Every client claims that he/she is at least 18 years of age and agrees to the terms below. Every account comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. Setup fees and other money paid to third parties (e.g. InterNIC) are non-refundable.

Money back guarantee does not apply for additional services, including, but not limited to: additional pop3 and/or other accounts, extra traffic or disk space, software. Money back guarantee does not apply if you violate any of the terms, listed in this document.

Cancellations are processed on program basis. To cancel your account(s) we accept only e-mail or fax us 15 days before the next billing date. Your account, then, would be canceled on the next billing date. We don't refund paid charges for any web hosting accounts or InterNic fees. If we do not receive a cancellation in time we automatically renew the account.

Domainname are paid in advance for the upcoming period of time. Hosting are paid in arrears 30 days.

Each domain has its own cgi-bin directory. You are free to install and use whatever scripts you wish, but we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that might effect the normal server operation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.

Any violation of these guidelines will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
